impressora compartilhada o seguinte erro \u00e9 exibido:<strong> \u201cO Windows n\u00e3o pode se conectar \u00e0 impressora\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O erro acima ocorre devido a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>KB5005565 <\/strong>ter sido instalado no sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para verificar as atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es instaladas recentemente v\u00e1 em <strong>Iniciar &gt; Configura\u00e7\u00f5es &gt; Atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es e Seguran\u00e7a &gt; Exibir Hist\u00f3rico de Atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o &gt; Desinstalar Atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ser\u00e1 exibida uma lista com as atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es recentes do Windows, procure pela atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o conforme imagem, na caixa de pesquisa digite: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.catalog.update.microsoft.com\/Search.aspx?q=KB5005565\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">KB5005565<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image abrir o Regedit voc\u00ea pode ir em Iniciar &gt; procurar pro Regedit, ou pressionando a teclada do Windows + R, digite Regedit na tela que ser\u00e1 exibida e clique em Ok<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure at\u00e9 o seguinte diret\u00f3rio:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Print<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Passo 3: <\/strong>Clicando com o bot\u00e3o direito sobre a tela em branco, selecione op\u00e7\u00e3o Novo &gt; Valor DWORD (32 Bits), ser\u00e1 criado um arquivo, renomeie o arquivo para RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled com o valor 0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Passo 4: <\/strong>reinicie a m\u00e1quina e tente instalar a impressora novamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O erro: &#8220;O Windows n\u00e3o pode se conectar \u00e0 impressora&#8221;
